I visited the WC Health Dept this morning to obtain my TN birth certificate. To say I was positively impressed would be an understatement. Without exception, every staff member was helpful, positive, and obviously committed to providing excellent service. Thank you!

I have nothing but high praises for this place. Dr Rachel is fantastic and so is the nursing staff. Very clean facility. I appreciate everything about this place.

Not busy but doesn’t make your visit quicker.. 45 minutes to print a birth certificate..

This place is the bane of my existence. Every single time I make an appointment for my children to get their vaccines we are always the only ones there, and yet have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. 30 minutes past appointment already and we haven’t even been called back yet. Not a single other person in the building. Last time we were here for almost 2 hours, and yes, we have appointments. If there was anywhere else for us to go to get vaccines which are not covered by our insurance you can believe I would be there.

I went in to get a blue form for my daughter because we are moving here from out of state. The staff was very helpful and nice. The entire process took less than twenty minutes.
